1、采用径(jing)向式气胎离合(he)器,实现磨(mo)机分阶段起(qi)动(dong)

供气(qi)系(xi)统(tong)由气(qi)包和各种阀组成(cheng),其中(zhong)的二(er)位三通电(dian)磁换向阀专门用于(yu)控制离(li)合(he)器(qi)的闭合(he)和打(da)开。空压机(ji)必(bi)须是无(wu)油润(run)滑,因为油类将(jiang)加速(su)气(qi)胎橡胶的老化(hua)。

2、采用(yong)静-动承(cheng),降(jiang)低摩擦(ca)损失,提高(gao)轴承(cheng)寿命

以静(jing)压(ya)为主的(de)静(jing)-动压(ya)混合润(run)滑轴承,其(qi)油(you)膜厚度可以根据需要(yao)(yao)来(lai)选择而不受主轴转(zhuan)速的(de)限(xian)制,实现全液(ye)体润(run)滑比动承要(yao)(yao)可靠得多。它(ta)的(de)缺点是供油(you)系统较动承要(yao)(yao)复杂一点,成(cheng)本要(yao)(yao)高一些。但它(ta)可以利(li)用(yong)国产液(ye)压(ya)元件(jian)来(lai)实现,而增加的(de)成(cheng)本只占整台磨机成(cheng)本的(de)5外(wai)甚更低。

3、采用角状螺旋(xuan)村(cun)板,提(ti)高(gao)磨矿效率

角(jiao)状螺旋(xuan)衬板由于(yu)磨(mo)矿机理(li)不(bu)同,具(ju)有(you)(you)提(ti)高磨(mo)矿效(xiao)率降(jiang)(jiang)低能耗(hao)节省钢球等效(xiao)果(guo),但(dan)却使筒体有(you)(you)效(xiao)容积略为降(jiang)(jiang)低,从而(er)使总的磨(mo)矿生产能力提(ti)高很少。本机设(she)计了两套衬板系统(tong),一套是普通(tong)波形衬板,另(ling)一套是角(jiao)状螺旋(xuan)衬板,安(an)装(zhuang)尺寸可以互(hu)换。通(tong)过实验室试(shi)验,证明角(jiao)状螺旋(xuan)衬板具(ju)有(you)(you)节能效(xiao)果(guo)。

参见图2,整个筒(tong)体(ti)衬(chen)(chen)板(ban)(ban)只有4个品种(zhong),对厚度超过120mm的(de)衬(chen)(chen)板(ban)(ban)加(jia)衬(chen)(chen)板(ban)(ban)垫5,整个圆(yuan)周(zhou)由24块衬(chen)(chen)板(ban)(ban)组成(cheng),每两块衬(chen)(chen)板(ban)(ban)的(de)夹角(jiao)(jiao)为(wei)15°。筒(tong)体(ti)长(zhang)度分为(wei)6节,节与节之间的(de)衬(chen)(chen)板(ban)(ban)在圆(yuan)周(zhou)方(fang)向旋(xuan)转15°角(jiao)(jiao)。工业(ye)试验表明,角(jiao)(jiao)状螺旋(xuan)衬(chen)(chen)板(ban)(ban)具有磨矿(kuang)粒度细、节省能耗、降低钢球(qiu)消耗等优(you)点。
