我公司2號線(xian)為(wei)5000t/d生產(chan)線(xian),其中(zhong)生料粉(fen)磨(mo)(mo)采(cai)用LGM5024立磨(mo)(mo).該生產(chan)線(xian)于2010年12月16日(ri)點火、12月23日(ri)投(tou)料,窯(yao)投(tou)料后生料粉(fen)磨(mo)(mo)系統開始(shi)調試運行.
LGM5024立磨回渣系統的改造 :1 生料粉磨系統工藝流程和技術參數我公司2號線為5 000 t/d水泥熟料生產線,生料粉磨系統采用國內中信重工機械股份有限公司研發的LGM5024立磨.該生料粉磨系統于12月23日窯投料后開始調試運行,其工藝流程如圖1所示,主要技術參數見表1.2在生產運行中回渣系統存在的問題及解決措施2.1 問題及原因立磨在調試運行期間由于回渣鎖風閥的翻板翻動不靈活,造成回渣閥漏風、翻板被物料卡死,從而造成排渣系統堵料等問題.回渣閥漏風會使大量冷風進入,又造成磨內和管道內氣體溫度降低,影響烘干效果,從而導致用風量和出磨溫度波動大,影響立磨系統平穩運行.造成回渣系統漏風或堵料的原因有兩個方面,具體分析如下.
