懸掛(gua)(gua)式自(zi)定(ding)圓振動(dong)(dong)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)結構(gou)見圖(tu)1-4。座式圓振動(dong)(dong)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)見圖(tu)1-5。懸掛(gua)(gua)式自(zi)定(ding)圓振動(dong)(dong)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)的(de)(de)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)(xiang)用四根(gen)帶彈簧的(de)(de)吊桿懸掛(gua)(gua)在廠(chang)房的(de)(de)樓(lou)板(ban)或構(gou)架上。篩(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)(xiang)與水(shui)平的(de)(de)傾角為(wei),其上固(gu)定(ding)有篩(shai)(shai)(shai)網(wang)和激(ji)振器。篩(shai)(shai)(shai)面可以是單層(ceng)或雙層(ceng)。激(ji)振器的(de)(de)軸承座固(gu)定(ding)于篩(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)(xiang)側壁。
激振器的主(zhu)軸7的兩端分別裝(zhuang)有帶(dai)偏(pian)心(xin)(xin)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)1的帶(dai)輪和(he)(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)盤(pan)。主(zhu)軸中(zhong)部也有向一方突起(qi)的偏(pian)心(xin)(xin)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),這(zhe)兩部分偏(pian)心(xin)(xin)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的合力產生振動的激振力,其中(zhong)在圓(yuan)(yuan)盤(pan)和(he)(he)帶(dai)輪處的偏(pian)心(xin)(xin)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的大小是可調的。偏(pian)心(xin)(xin)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)與篩箱在超共振情況下的相(xiang)位關系見圖1-6。

圖(tu)(tu) 2-4 是(shi)吊式(shi)直(zhi)線(xian)軌跡振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),采用箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)結構的(de)激(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi),激(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)力的(de)方(fang)向與水平(ping)成(cheng)45 。箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)激(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)結構緊湊,圖(tu)(tu)2-5是(shi)該篩子配用的(de)激(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)示意圖(tu)(tu)。激(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)四個(ge)偏(pian)(pian)心重成(cheng)雙(shuang)地(di)布置在箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)(ti)的(de)外部,箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)(ti)內有一對嚙合的(de)齒輪,其作(zuo)用是(shi)保(bao)證兩(liang)對偏(pian)(pian)心重旋轉方(fang)向相反、轉速相等(deng)以及兩(liang)者相位(wei)(wei)關(guan)(guan)系正好互相對正,以使篩箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)作(zuo)直(zhi)線(xian)往(wang)復運動(dong)(dong)(dong)。圖(tu)(tu)2-6是(shi)座(zuo)式(shi)直(zhi)線(xian)軌跡振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)篩。這(zhe)個(ge)篩子裝(zhuang)有筒式(shi)激(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(圖(tu)(tu)2-1)。筒式(shi)激(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)偏(pian)(pian)心重和軸做成(cheng)一體(ti)(ti),在軸的(de)末端有一對互相嚙合的(de)齒輪(直(zhi)線(xian)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)篩篩子也可采用雙(shuang)電機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)自同步),以保(bao)證互相之間正確的(de)相位(wei)(wei)關(guan)(guan)系,并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
直線振動(dong)(dong)篩(shai)由于篩(shai)面(mian)(mian)(mian)傾角小(xiao),篩(shai)子的高度減小(xiao),便(bian)于工藝布置(zhi)。由于直線振動(dong)(dong)篩(shai)篩(shai)面(mian)(mian)(mian)是直線往(wang)復運動(dong)(dong),上面(mian)(mian)(mian)的物(wu)料(liao)層(ceng)一方面(mian)(mian)(mian)向前運動(dong)(dong),一方面(mian)(mian)(mian)料(liao)層(ceng)在跳起和下落過程中受。
