慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)振(zhen)動(dong)篩(shai)是(shi)一種(zhong)應用非常廣(guang)(guang)泛的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)篩(shai),其具有結(jie)構簡單(dan)、篩(shai)分效率高等(deng)優點,在(zai)礦山、煤炭(tan)、化工等(deng)眾多行業中廣(guang)(guang)受消費(fei)者歡迎(ying)。慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)振(zhen)動(dong)篩(shai)的(de)傳動(dong)方式(shi)主(zhu)要有兩種(zhong):直接(jie)傳動(dong)和非直接(jie)傳動(dong),下文將對這兩種(zhong)傳動(dong)方式(shi)的(de)優缺(que)點作詳細(xi)介紹。
1、直接傳動
直(zhi)(zhi)接傳(chuan)動(dong)是由電動(dong)機通(tong)過(guo)聯軸器直(zhi)(zhi)接驅動(dong)激振器。ZK型直(zhi)(zhi)線振動(dong)篩是采用直(zhi)(zhi)接傳(chuan)動(dong)形(xing)式。它克服了三角膠帶傳(chuan)動(dong)的缺點。簡(jian)單慣(guan)性振動(dong)篩改用直(zhi)(zhi)接傳(chuan)動(dong),膠帶輪參振的問題(ti)可迎刃而解,且加工制(zhi)造也變(bian)得簡(jian)單。德國USK型圓振動(dong)篩是采用直(zhi)(zhi)接傳(chuan)動(dong)的簡(jian)單慣(guan)性振動(dong)篩。
振動(dong)篩直線傳動(dong)中,采用(yong)的聯(lian)軸器(qi)有三種形式:萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)、輪胎聯(lian)軸器(qi)和橡膠聯(lian)軸器(qi)。
2、非直接傳動
非(fei)(fei)直接傳(chuan)動(dong)又分采用(yong)(yong)撓(nao)(nao)性聯(lian)軸器和采用(yong)(yong)非(fei)(fei)撓(nao)(nao)性聯(lian)軸器兩類。
采(cai)用非撓(nao)性(xing)聯(lian)軸器(qi):電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機通過(guo)三角膠帶(dai)(dai)(dai)減速后,直(zhi)接(jie)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)激振(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)工作(zuo)。DD型(xing)、ZD型(xing)自定(ding)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)篩(shai),SXG-1型(xing)和(he)WK型(xing)等簡(jian)單(dan)慣性(xing)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)篩(shai),ZS、DS系列直(zhi)線振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)篩(shai)均采(cai)甩沒有撓(nao)性(xing)聯(lian)軸器(qi)的(de)(de)非直(zhi)接(jie)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。優點是結構簡(jian)單(dan),可以任意選擇(ze)激振(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速。缺點是三角膠帶(dai)(dai)(dai)拉(la)力作(zuo)用于傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸的(de)(de)一(yi)端,使篩(shai)箱容易產(chan)生橫向擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),電機軸本身(shen)受(shou)彎矩大(da);篩(shai)分機啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)或停車過(guo)程中,經過(guo)共(gong)振(zhen)(zhen)區時,振(zhen)(zhen)幅跳(tiao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)大(da),膠帶(dai)(dai)(dai)易松弛,產(chan)生掉帶(dai)(dai)(dai)和(he)打滑;膠帶(dai)(dai)(dai)過(guo)緊,電機軸上彎矩過(guo)大(da),易燒毀(hui)電機。
采用(yong)(yong)撓(nao)性聯軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)非直(zhi)接(jie)傳動:電(dian)動機經(jing)三(san)角(jiao)膠帶(dai)減速后,再(zai)通過輪胎聯軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)把動力傳遞給激振器(qi)(qi)(qi)。由(you)于撓(nao)性聯軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)吸振,從而(er)可以克服由(you)三(san)角(jiao)膠帶(dai)直(zhi)接(jie)驅動激振器(qi)(qi)(qi)帶(dai)來的(de)一(yi)系列問題(ti)。這是近年來篩分機設計上普(pu)遍采用(yong)(yong)的(de)傳動形式之(zhi)一(yi)。
